About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Specialist to join our team at Equal Approach Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through the application of advanced data science and artificial intelligence techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI solutions with a focus on machine learning techniques, deep learning, and generative AI methods and models.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakehouses to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and identify potential applications in the organization.
  • Perform thorough testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure their performance meets business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing AI solutions with a focus on machine learning techniques, deep learning, and generative AI methods and models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and popular AI/ML frameworks and models (e.g., Apache Spark, Python, R, JavaScript, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Gemini, OpenAI, Llama, and BERT variants).
  • Familiarity with database warehouse and data engineering concepts, as well as usage of AI services on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, and GCP).
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, particularly in applying state-of-the-art data science and AI to solve business problems.
