Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Well Pharmacy team in the East of Oxford, Marston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional community pharmacy services to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all NHS services, including EHC, NMS, Blood Pressure, Covid Vaccinations, Repeat Dispensing, and Vaccinations.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow and develop the pharmacy business, including expanding services and improving customer experience.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: MPharm degree or equivalent, and GPhC registration.
  • Experience: Proven management experience in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
