About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at PACC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring that all projects are completed to the required standards and within the allocated timeframe.
  • Design and Development: Develop and implement structural designs and solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, using a range of software and tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully and to the required standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design and development problems, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior engineers and technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading structural engineering projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, practices, and regulations, including CDM2015, Party Wall, and Listed Buildings.
