Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Culinary Specialist with a valid food hygiene certification to join our kitchen team. Experience in a care facility environment is preferred. Responsibilities include:

  • Menu planning and preparation
  • Stock management and ordering
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, hygienic, and safe working environment at all times

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure process, with the associated costs borne by the applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

All appointments are subject to rigorous recruitment standards to ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults. All roles will necessitate appropriate checks and clearances.

Qualifications and Experience:

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent.
Food Hygiene Level 2
