Sales and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our sales office, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering internal calls, monitoring email accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Produce quotations and sales invoices, check purchase orders, and verify pricing and addresses.
- Proofread and review terms and conditions, run maintenance reports, and book travel and meeting arrangements.
- Input customer orders into our sales database and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support, including file management, postal duties, and preparing and collating paperwork.
- High level of accuracy and initiative, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven work experience in a sales office environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
