About the Role

Savills is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our Lettings and Property Agency team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ residential properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, local authorities, letting agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee arrears management, issuing notices to tenants and instructing solicitors as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our IT system.
  • Assist in the production of client and internal reports.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Savills' brand values, conduct, and professionalism.
  • Represent the department and Savills to clients and third parties, showcasing professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and client case handlers.
Requirements
  • Experience in residential property management, including tenancy management.
  • Thorough understanding of Lettings legislation.
  • Attention to detail and a positive mental attitude.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and willingness to work towards relevant qualifications.
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Report writing skills (high level of competency required).
About the Team

The LPA team in Salisbury is a dynamic and supportive team of 5 members, including a Director and Associate. We work closely with mortgage lenders and receive instructions where there has been a breach in a buy-to-let mortgage condition. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service to our clients while providing compassionate support to tenants in difficult situations.
