Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Agile Reward Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Reward team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cyclical reward activities and key projects to drive our reward strategy forward.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a strong background in reward and compensation, who can maintain our compensation and grading structures, conduct fixed and variable pay analysis, and support remuneration reviews. You will also be responsible for benchmarking and job evaluation, as well as supporting reward reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of annual remuneration review processes, including data validation and integrity checks, remuneration review systems build in HR systems, testing and verifying bonus and calculations.
  • Support reward reporting and analytics, working alongside internal departments to co-ordinate and provide accurate data.
  • Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson, and other surveys/forums, including input into annual surveys, ad hoc benchmarking requests or benchmarking projects across Williams.
  • Support total reward projects at Williams and drive continuous improvement through knowledge of reward best practice, market insights and through engaging with Williams employees.
  • Competency in using reward technology, as well as MS Excel.
  • Wider knowledge and understanding of reward and regulation in order to support with BAU and reward project work.
  • Strong knowledge of reward and broader HR processes and policies.
  • Basic commercial awareness of the external market and an understanding of industry developments in remuneration.
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate complex data and evolving data sources to recommend reward solutions.
  • Strong and confident interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, are required.
