Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Casework Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior, as well as a strong understanding of homeless or socially excluded populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients to maintain their accommodation to a high standard of health and safety, assisting with benefit claims and budgeting, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. The role will also involve building and maintaining effective relationships with external agencies, conducting needs and risk assessments, and developing tailored support plans for each client. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Client Support: Work closely with clients to understand and address their needs, focusing on health, safety, and financial management.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and progress.
* Partnerships: Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, including criminal justice services, to support client needs and reduce re-offending.
* Assessment: Conduct needs and risk assessments, developing tailored support plans for each client.
* Flexible Working: Participate in a roster system that may include weekend and evening work as required.

**Requirements:**

* Driving: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Business insurance will be required for roles involving travel.
* Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior, as well as experience with homeless or socially excluded populations.
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively.
