Court of Protection Caseworker - Bristol

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker to join our renowned Court of Protection team in Bristol. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial affairs of individuals who lack capacity to make their own decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other professionals involved in safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Provide practical advice and support to clients and their families regarding financial matters.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to case management, including document preparation and filing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or social care setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
