About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and experienced Mammographer to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll be working in our state-of-the-art mammography department, using our latest equipment to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality mammography examinations, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mammography techniques and technologies, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the department, ensuring high-quality images and reports are produced in a timely manner.
- BSc or DCR in Radiography (essential)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
