About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our Estate Office team at Halifax Estates. As the main point of contact for all matters relating to residential property, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with new and existing tenants, preparing and issuing tenancy agreements, and actioning repair work in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • New lettings and lease renewals
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory legislation
  • Instructing repairs and property inspections
  • Identifying and coordinating with the Clerk of Works any turnaround works prior to reletting
  • Managing tenant issues and concerns
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable manner with the ability to build excellent relationships with tenants
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and diligent individual with a can-do approach
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, and capacity for hard work
  • Good IT skills and full UK driving license
  • At least two years' experience managing let residential property
  • Relevant qualifications such as MARLA or AssocRICS
