This role will see you play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of the purchase and sale of residential properties, encompassing both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
- Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
- Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
