Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at CRA Consulting. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of the purchase and sale of residential properties, encompassing both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions
- Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases
- Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion
- Provide support to the Residential Property team and assist the head of the department in departmental growth and development
- Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department
