Role Overview

As a Welcome Host, you will serve as the initial and final point of contact for our members, providing assistance and guidance to ensure they maximize their visit. This role requires you to be on your feet throughout your shift, and we seek candidates with prior experience in high-quality customer service and strong communication skills.
