Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving KPI targets for safety, quality, production performance, and team development.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene legislation, with experience supervising a team in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Mechanically minded with the ability to address equipment issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to manage staff and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Data recording experience and proficient in IT skills.
  • Self-motivated with commercial awareness.
