Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in leading the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support team members as needed, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Maintain store appearance, including merchandising and product displays.
  • Process stock deliveries and store transfers, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, with a strong background in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and can-do approach.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
