Position: Corporate Legal Analyst

Location: London (Fully onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Compensation: £25.48 per hour (inside IR35)

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

The primary role of the Corporate Legal Analyst involves executing a range of legal and administrative responsibilities to support a specific business unit or department within the organization.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Legal Operations Manager and EMEA Lead with:

  • Management and organization of the EMEA panel programs;
  • Monitoring the Global Master Retention Agreements with EMEA firms;
  • Enhancing internal hub sites, including the development and oversight of databases using Microsoft or Google suites;
  • Providing assistance to the LEAP OCM team regarding EMEA secondments;
  • Creating and drafting playbooks, visual representations, and process flows for internal procedures and workflows for broader distribution;
  • Generating reports and management information for leadership, along with ad hoc support to the regional Legal Operations team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an in-house legal department or a law firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of SharePoint) and Tableau.
  • Exceptional data analysis capabilities with the ability to distill actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with metric-driven processes and technology enhancements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in building relationships with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Prior experience in a technology company.
  • Familiarity with Legal Tracker and other eBilling systems.
  • Experience in managing RFPs for matters, portfolios, or panels.
