Position: Care Team Leader

Location: Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home

Compensation: £13.90 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible hours as needed

Available Shifts: Days, evenings, nights, and alternate weekends

Role Overview: Are You Our Next Care Team Leader?

As a Care Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily needs of our residents while demonstrating compassion and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals, all dedicated to ensuring our residents feel at home. Additionally, you will mentor Care Assistants in their professional development.

  • Teamwork is paramount – we support each other to enrich our residents' lives while enjoying our work.
  • Deliver personalized care to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Engage in leisure and social activities, which are vital to our residents' well-being.

Required Skills:

  • Strong teamwork abilities – a happy team leads to happy residents.
  • Experience in care is essential, and you should be willing to work towards or possess a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
  • Effective communication skills and a flexible approach are crucial.
  • A genuine kindness and respect for older individuals and their needs are essential.
