Role Overview: Care Team Leader
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the daily needs of our residents, demonstrating compassion and commitment to positively influencing their lives. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals, all dedicated to ensuring our residents feel at home. Additionally, you will support the development of Care Assistants.

- Engage in leisure and social activities that are vital to our residents' daily lives.

Required Skills:
- Teamwork: A happy team leads to happy residents and a thriving home.
- Experience in care is essential, and you should be willing to work towards or possess a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
