Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Hotel Chocolat Group plc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Development: Support the Store Manager in inspiring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their performance goals through effective communication of the Hotel Chocolat vision and values.
- Commercial Performance: Drive store sales and profit plan, and take action to maximize performance by identifying opportunities to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including the timely implementation of promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Experience: Proven experience in a seasonally busy and bespoke selling environment, preferably within a luxury brand or retailer.
- Leadership Qualities: Natural leadership qualities to motivate and inspire high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Passion for Chocolate: A genuine passion for chocolate, our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.
