Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a large format retail store in Horsham. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a team of retail employees, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management
- Lead and develop a team of retail employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

- Store Operations

Requirements
