Job Summary:The Deputy Manager will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our stores. This role will involve leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
