Job Description

As a Contract Management Lead at SUEZ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable management of resources across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Site Supervisors in the day-to-day management of a large team, ensuring daily production targets are met and production time is maximized at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Site Supervisors with the day-to-day management of a large team, ensuring daily production targets are met and production time is maximized.
  • Maintain Shift Logs and provide daily feedback on performance to teams.
  • Assist Supervisors with weekly audits, action plans, and oversee corrective actions, as well as with employee inductions, briefings, and training.
  • Carry out Waste Acceptance Checks on incoming material and reject as required in line with the specific customer's contract.
  • Ensure the segregation of all recyclable materials at the facility is maximized.
  • Control housekeeping activities to ensure all are carried out in a safe manner and conform to the Safe Systems of Work and Company Policies.
  • Ensure all work equipment within their area is used and maintained in a safe manner, all defects reported, and a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
  • Ensure SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in respect of the health, safety, and welfare of its employees.
