Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of commercial projects, working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the financial aspects of assigned projects, tracking performance against contractual timelines and reporting any issues to project managers.
  • Submit monthly progress applications for ongoing projects and review tender allowances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients, ensuring cost control is upheld throughout the procurement, delivery, and design phases.
  • Develop and update spreadsheet analyses regularly to inform project decisions and identify areas for improvement.
