Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Data Analyst to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our HRIS System to the Adriatic Region, as well as providing day-to-day data maintenance and systems support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with Group IT and external support partners to roll out process improvements related to HR systems.
- Data Governance: Support data governance processes, including providing evidence for quarterly SOX controls as required.
- Data Analysis: Involved in data gathering, manipulation, and analysis, providing proposals and recommendations based on key analytical information and data-driven insights.
- Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing at every opportunity to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports to support the wider HR community.
- System Implementation: Implement new systems and processes that support the Group HR strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
