Job Description

**Group Finance Director**

We are seeking an experienced commercial finance professional to partner with our established leadership team and support the board in leading and stewarding JTD Connections Limited successfully through the challenges and opportunities it faces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all financial aspects of the company's strategy, procedures, and activities.
  • Design and deliver the company's strategic and operational plans.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team.
  • Manage the finance functions of multiple entities, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
