THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for an outgoing and proactive Customer Success Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the club.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years' experience in customer service management with proven experience of leading and managing a customer service team. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate customer service activities on matchdays and during club events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage the resolution of escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Record Check (DBS) which will be paid for by the employer.
