Our client, a leading IT and Tech solutions company, is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead their marketing efforts and shape their overall strategy. This role involves driving demand generation, leading the marketing team, and aligning with the Sales Team and CCO to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on demand generation and brand awareness.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Create and oversee a multi-channel content strategy to engage target audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Conduct regular marketing and strategy reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with sales to support commercial objectives with effective marketing materials.
- Manage the budget and external agencies to ensure campaigns are on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership and team management.
- Strong digital marketing skills and a creative mindset.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Decisive and motivational leadership style.
- Ability to lead from the front and drive results.
- Genuine interest in IT and Technology.
This is a hybrid role with UK travel to company offices expected from time to time.
