Job Title: Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and shape our overall marketing strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, managing the marketing team, and aligning with the Sales Team and CCO to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on demand generation, leveraging digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to deliver strong results, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Create and oversee multi-channel content strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing efforts.
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Conduct regular marketing and strategy reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales to support commercial goals with effective marketing materials, including sales enablement and lead generation.
  • Manage the budget and external agencies to ensure campaigns are on time and within budget, driving maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing and competitor trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a track record of success in driving demand generation and team management.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, and social media, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to understand marketing data and metrics, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Good writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
