We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our hotel operations team at LGH Hotels Management. As a key member of our team, you will work across various departments, including reception, conference and events, restaurant and bar, and housekeeping, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Assist with the management of hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and conference areas.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve hotel operations and guest experience.
