We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll work closely with our Head Office team to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.
