Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team at MSL. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our client work.
  • Collaborate with account directors and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
