Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the team shaping the future of observability in our organisation. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for company-wide migration to a new observability stack and leading a team of experienced software engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration to a new observability stack, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Honeycomb
  • Manage a team of 3 software engineers, providing guidance and support to advance their careers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing 3+ engineers
  • Strong technical background in developing complex backend systems using Kotlin, Python, Ruby, or Java
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Experience working with public clouds, ideally AWS
