As a Technical Account Manager at Coralogix, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers unlock the full value of their observability and security data. We are seeking hard-working, sharp, and humble professionals with proven technical customer-facing experience.

Our Technical Account Managers are trusted advisors who consult with our customers on their monitoring, security, and observability journey. They are senior-level roles that require professionals to professionally and accurately solve problems, showcase product value, and interact across different platforms and types of software, from software engineers and DevOps to the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve customer technical problems by adopting the platform, integrating new data, and existing integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Log Management/Observability markets and help customers using the best technical practices available.
  • Develop a successful and ongoing game plan for each customer based on specific data analysis and customer needs.
  • Partner with the Sales team on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • Background knowledge and hands-on practice in Cloud DevOps, specifically experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, CloudWatch) and the equivalent with Azure and GCP.
  • Good knowledge of Linux.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable coding in any high-level programming language (Java, Go, Python) - advantage.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science/Engineering - advantage.
  • Experience in SAAS B2B software companies - advantage.
