Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with severe and profound learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with severe and profound learning difficulties
  • Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs
  • Support students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Good basic education, including GCSE or equivalent in English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
