The Chislehurst Partnership is seeking to appoint a part-time Patient Services Coordinator to enhance our dedicated and efficient team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and support during their interactions with our practice.
Working Hours
This is a part-time role with the following schedule:
Monday: 1pm -
Wednesday: -
Friday: 8am - 2pm
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient flow at the reception area, addressing appointments, prescription requests, and inquiries. Handle incoming calls from patients, assessing their medical needs and directing them to the appropriate services. Schedule appointments using our management system, ensuring accuracy in processing requests for both immediate and future appointments. Provide administrative assistance to the clinical and practice teams as required. Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure that all necessary materials are organized and secure. Regularly monitor and respond to the reception email inbox. Process requests for home visits accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill requests and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure patient records are maintained with precision, safeguarding confidentiality at all times. Provide coverage for colleagues during absences. Open and close the practice as needed, preparing the environment for daily operations.Candidate Profile
