Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators

Blueprint Recruitment is seeking a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a reputable company on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health (MEP), and Utility services, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects across various sectors. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, they have built a reputation for excellence in designing and implementing reliable, sustainable solutions that meet clients' unique needs. This role is based in Kent, and requires daily travel to the office, so applicants should reside in Kent and have their own transportation.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility and reliability are key to thriving in this dynamic, project-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Stage 4C/5 drawings for a specific project, ensuring a high standard of presentation for installation purposes.
  • Produce fully coordinated working drawings for Building Services, working in Revit MEP, Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEP.
  • Collaborate closely with design and drawing teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Utilise MS Office for document handling and communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Revit MEP & Fabrication Software and Navisworks Manage is essential.
  • Strong background in Building Services Coordination with a focus on high-quality, fully coordinated drawing production.
  • Proven ability to interpret specifications, schedules, and technical submittals independently.
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines, adapt to changing project needs, and maintain company and project standards.
  • Must have own transport.
