Administrative Assistant to Directors

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director's team
- Arrange travel and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage diaries and calendars
- Take minutes and maintain databases
- Meet with external organizations
- Implement and maintain procedures
Requirements:
