Personal Assistant to Directors

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Be the first point of contact for the team, handling queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise meetings and events, including travel arrangements and catering.
  • Take minutes and maintain accurate records of meetings and discussions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
