Administrative Assistant to Directors

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Be the first point of contact for the team, handling queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage databases and maintain accurate records.
- Organise meetings and events, including travel arrangements and catering.
- Take minutes and maintain accurate records of meetings and discussions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
