Job Title: Mechanical Service Technician

Location: Rochester

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 / DOE

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 40 hours per week

Company Description:
CV Library is representing one of the Southeast's premier hydraulic companies. They operate across varied industries including industrial, mobile, and marine markets. They produce many of their own products to include hydraulic cylinders and power units, as well as undertaking reclamation and general engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic equipment.
  2. Consulting with the customer on repair and safety-related issues.
  3. Generating sales leads during service calls.
  4. Completing all necessary reports and inspections as required.
Requirements:
  1. City and Guilds, or NVQ Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Good grasp of the English language (verbal and written).
  3. Willingness to work extra hours.
  4. Hold a current driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. CSCS Card.
  2. SSSTS or SMSTS.
  3. Confined Space Training.
  4. Forklift truck, MEWP, Crane experience.
