Compensation:
£24,842 - £29,845 per annum, pro rata, based on experience.
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, assisting the regional Specialist Crafts Team (SCT) in their daily operations. This team consists of skilled artisans dedicated to the preservation of heritage properties.
You will work closely with the team leader, who oversees the operations, making your role vital to the smooth functioning of the team, akin to a small enterprise within a larger organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of the team's administrative functions, including some financial oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations while also having the opportunity to contribute to various projects and provide insights beyond your immediate team.
As a champion of best practices in business support, you will confidently propose improvements and challenge existing processes when you identify more effective methods.
To be successful in this position, relevant experience in a business support capacity, along with responsibilities in facilities or office management, is essential.
