Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Major Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insights.
  • Deliver new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage market research, advertising (primarily below-the-line), promotions, and new product development activities across multiple product portfolio areas.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as business turnover, consumer growth metrics, and profit targets.
  • Manage a marketing spend budget and work closely with the category team to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to the line manager and senior management, as required.
  • Act as a brand champion internally and externally, promoting the brand's values and mission.
  • Fully participate as a core member of the marketing team to deliver business targets, providing new insights and opportunities in both brand development and process management.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000.
  • A car allowance of £4,200.
