Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively reach our consumers
- Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insight
- Deliver new product development and product extension initiatives, on time and within budget
- Manage market research, advertising, promotions, and new product development activities
- Manage allocated marketing spend budgets
- Act as a brand champion internally and externally
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver business targets and provide new insights and opportunities
- Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of computer literacy
- Car allowance of £4,200
- Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days based in the office
