We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Major Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of our clients' brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively reach our consumers
- Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insight
- Delivery of new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) in full, on time, and in budget
- Manage all market research, advertising (primarily below-the-line), and promotions, new product development, and activities related to product portfolio areas
- Manage an allocated marketing spend budget
- Brand champion internally and externally
- Fully participate as a core member in the marketing team to deliver business targets, providing new insights and opportunities in both brand development and process management
- Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of computer literacy
- Car allowance: £4,200
- Hybrid working – 3 days based in the office
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
