Beach Baker's Leisure Team: Valuation Senior Surveyor/Associate Opportunity

£45k-£60k base plus car

Beach Baker's Leisure team offers a fascinating range of opportunities for professionals looking to specialize in the operational trading assets of the leisure industry. This role would suit someone who has strong general practice experience, with exposure to landlord and tenant, rating, and valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets.
  • Build relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives to provide tailored advice and exceptional service.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients, establishing new relationships, and promoting the services offered.
  • Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.

Beach Baker's Leisure team has a strong presence and expertise in various sectors within the leisure industry, including hotels, pubs/bars, cinemas, bingo, health & fitness clubs, nightclubs/late-night venues, gambling, sports stadiums, and visitor attractions.

The team offers a range of services, including valuation, consultancy, and transactional support, catering to both owners and operators within the leisure industry.

Some notable clients include Whitbread, David Lloyd Leisure, Odeon, and Soho House, as well as a diverse range of properties and businesses, such as safari parks, concert venues, motorway service areas, crematoria, and caves.
