Key Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK social care sector.
- Experience in primary or urgent care is essential.
- DBS registration with the Update Service.
- Completion of mandatory care certifications.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including monitoring vital signs and gathering medical histories.
- Assist in triage processes, ensuring patient care is prioritized in urgent scenarios.
- Carry out basic clinical tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions promptly.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Administer prescribed medications and educate patients about their care.
- Assist patients with mobility and uphold infection control standards.
- Manage patient reception, registration, and appointment logistics.
- Collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Support chronic disease management and engage in health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain precise patient records and advocate for the needs of patients.
