Key Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK social care sector.
  • Experience in primary or urgent care is essential.
  • DBS registration with the Update Service.
  • Completion of mandatory care certifications.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including monitoring vital signs and gathering medical histories.
  • Assist in triage processes, ensuring patient care is prioritized in urgent scenarios.
  • Carry out basic clinical tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions promptly.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Administer prescribed medications and educate patients about their care.
  • Assist patients with mobility and uphold infection control standards.
  • Manage patient reception, registration, and appointment logistics.
  • Collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Support chronic disease management and engage in health promotion initiatives.
  • Maintain precise patient records and advocate for the needs of patients.
