Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Exmouth team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock control, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock control, and maintain high store standards.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  4. Manage stock levels, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the store management team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. Experience in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
  2. Flexibility to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
  3. Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
