Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the shop manager in leading, motivating, and engaging a diverse group of paid staff and volunteers.
  • Overseeing the commercial aspects of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory control, maintaining shop standards, and more.
  • Setting a positive example by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Building relationships with the local community and team members.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives.
