We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in North Wales.
The successful candidate will work within an integrated multidisciplinary team, focusing on older adults with a wide range of mental health problems. They will hold a caseload, assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing care plans.
Main Duties
The post holder will provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior staff members.
Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
