About the Role

The Investment Consulting role at Redington is a unique blend of client-facing and technical expertise. As a consultant, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and delivering investment advice, backed by specialists across our asset-liability management, manager research, reporting, and transition teams.

A willingness to get involved with advising on sustainable investment risks and opportunities is essential, aligning with our mission to help make 100 million people financially secure for the benefit of people and planet.

You will work alongside a diverse investment consulting team with experience across investment consulting, actuarial, capital markets, asset management, and in-house pension teams.

Qualifications
  • An investment professional with between 2 - 5 years of experience working with (mainly) UK pension clients
  • Really interested in finance and capital markets
  • Keen to take the initiative and get things done
  • Keen to help others develop and grow in their investment knowledge
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

It would be great if you also:

  • Have, or are working towards, CFA or FIA qualifications (although not a prerequisite)
  • Have a good understanding of responsible investment principles
  • Are keen to contribute to wider industry conversation, for example, by writing blogs or thought pieces
